The printers with card readers and “Secure Print” installed are the printers where you can release print jobs that have been submitted to “Pharos Secure Printer”
You can also upload documents (to be released/printed at the “Secure Print” printers) using https://print.byui.edu. This web page (https://print.byui.edu) is the method that most students at BYU-Idaho will use to submit documents for printing.

With your workstation location displayed, click Save to finish setting your Workstation Location. Note: Once location is set, some printers in that area may automatically be added to your system.

| NOTE: In order to utilize a personal account, you must have sufficient funds in your account to use it. Each “Point” is equal to one cent. The numbers displayed indicate the number of Points you’ve used previously, and also the (accumulative) number of Points that you’ve added to your account. For the Personal account, if the numbers are displayed in green, that indicates you have enough points available to print at least one page. If the numbers for the Personal account are displayed in black, you don’t have enough available.
For Department accounts, only the amount you’ve used will be displayed.
|

- Once logged in and authenticated, you can then close this tab and you should see a window containing your 6-character passcode.

| Please remember this new passcode. It is unique to you, and you will be using it to interact with the “Secure Print” enabled printers. You may also receive an email informing you that you received a new passcode as well. |
