- Portfolium (Canvas ePortfolio) will soon be phased out

Canvas ePortfolio, also known as Portfolium, will be retiring on 30th June, 2026. It is recommended that if you have anything stored there, that you export it before you no longer have access.

Exporting Canvas ePortfolio

To export any items in your ePortfolio, follow the steps below.

1. Open Canvas and click on "Account" in the left-hand menu

2. Click on ePortfolio (Legacy)

3. Open the portfolio project you want to save

4. At the bottom, click "Download the contents of this ePortfolio as a zip file"

Accessing the New Canvas Portfolio

If you would like, you can upload your projects to the new Canvas Portfolio.

1. Open the new Portfolio by selecting "Account" and then "Portfolio"

2. Click "Create Portfolio" in the upper right-hand corner, and select what type of Portfolio you would like to create

Note: If you are uploading a project from a previous portfolio, you will likely want to use "Showcase portfolio"

3. Fill out the information requested. You can upload the zip files that you previously downloaded when it asks for attachments.
