Making Changes to Online Courses
If you notice an issue in your online course - such as broken content, missing materials, or anything that needs to be updated - you can request a fix or suggest an improvement directly through Canvas.
To do this:
- Open your Canvas course
- Go to the first module titled “Instructor Resources”
- Click on “Suggest a Change for the Course (Fix or Improvement)”
This will take you to a short form where you can describe the issue or recommendation. Once submitted, a new ticket will be automatically created and routed to the appropriate design team for review and follow-up. If you have any additional technical questions or need help accessing the form, feel free to reach out to the IT Service Desk. If you have any questions or concerns about your course content, this link is for online instructors to figure out who is in your course council and exactly who you need to contact
