Error Message
BYU-Idaho is aware of an issue impacting some Pathway students that attempt to sign-in to access resources like Microsoft (Outlook, Office 365, Teams, etc.)
The error message occurs when BYU Pathway Worldwide students attempt sign-in and access Microsoft applications, as mentioned above. The message states "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in. We have implemented a temporary work around that allows the students to login and use those Microsoft resources, but it requires the user to contact or be transferred to the IT Service Desk.
In order to assist the student, the IT Service Desk will need the student's SSN or 999, and Date of Birth. If the student can provide that information, the IT Service Desk can help the user gain access to these Microsoft services within just a few minutes.
