BYU-Idaho has granted Google Workspace access to all students and employees. This means that, through your BYU-Idaho account, you have unlimited access to all products included in Google Workspace.
Google Workspace is a collaboration and storage tool provided by Google. The following instructions will walk you through how to log in to Google Workspace for Education with your BYU-Idaho account. For Google Workspace support, visit the Google Workspace Admin Help page.
1. Go to the Google Workspace dashboard.
2. Type in your BYU-Idaho email address. Click Next.
| This works with personal BYU-I emails, not Department Emails. |
3. Click on Google Workspace account.
4. Log in with your church username and password. Click Login. You may then need to authenticate using Duo Mobile.
| If you have previously logged in to BYU-Idaho’s Google Workspace, you will not need to complete steps 5 or 6. |
5. Verify with Google that this is your account by clicking Continue.
6. Read and accept the user agreement by clicking Accept.
7. You will then be taken to the Google Workspace dashboard where you can access all available tools.
