The best way for us to return your funds to you is via eRefund. eRefund allows the university to send funds directly to your bank account within 1-3 business days.

If you haven't already, please sign up for eRefund by following the steps included with this link: https://byu-idaho.screenstepslive.com/s/17563/a...
Once you are enrolled, please notify the International Office so we can proceed in processing your refund.

If you are already enrolled in eRefund, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process this refund request, and then the 1-3 business days for the funds to then appear in your bank account. You will receive an update to your student email on the status of your request within 3-5 business days of its submittal.
Please indicate how the initial international deposit was paid from the options below.
Please note:
Once your Deposit Refund Request has been processed by BYU-Idaho, Convera/Western Union will send an email to the original payer with details on how to complete the transaction. Please inform the payer to look for this email. They may need to check their junk/spam folders.
Please Note:
You indicated the deposit was paid by cash or a check. We will mail a check to the address you listed for the original payer. Please ensure that address is accurate.
Please Note:
You indicated the deposit was paid by a credit or debit card. If it has been more than 9 months since the payment, we are not able to refund it back to that card. We will contact the original payer by email for how to refund it.
