Actions: Trainer should copy a few subaudits to UG79 and delete all of the requirements. Have the new employee use Kuali to rebuild the SubAudits. Typically start with a Certificate and then work your way up to more complicated minors, emphases, majors, etc.

Actions:

Trainers should have several tickets handpicked from our queue saved for the new employee to practice. Spend the time doing the ticket alongside the new employee. As they get more comfortable, transition to doing the ticket independently and only doing a final check before Resolving/Closing the ticket.
